Finnish Association of HVAC Technical Contractors focuses on business and industrial affairs and labour markets. Our member companies are experts in HVAC construction and installation services. We work continually to develop the HVAC industry and our members abilities to prosper.

Active actor in HVAC industry

Together with our members we created an industrial strategy for HVAC installation business. We execute that strategy and work in advocacy of our member companies and HVAC industry. We are an active actor with direct line to political decision makers. We pursue crucial issues of our industry in legislation, economic affairs and education politics. We are a part of Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT and Confederation of Finnish Industries. 

Advocate of HVAC constructors

LVI-TU is the employer’s representative as we oversee our member’s benefits in labor market issues. We work to achieve such a collective agreements which enables our members to succeed in HVAC market.

Our members consists of different kind of companies, from one man’s businesses to international corporations. Their turnover is over 1,6 milliard euro and they employ over 8 600 professionals. We focus on improving our members qualifications to operate productively and skillfully. Our target is that our members are known for their competence and high quality in HVAC services.  We also aim to secure sufficient amount of competent labor force for the HVAC industry.
